I am a Purex Insider and have been sent products from the Purex brand to try and give my opinion on. About two months ago I did a product review of Purex Complete With Zout here. I am a big fan of this laundry detergent. So far, every time I have pretreated a nasty stain with this stuff, the stain has come out–even on my little boy’s dress shirts.
I am pleased to announce my FIRST GIVEAWAY! I am giving away FREE bottles of Purex Complete with Zout. I will select two winners at random and will mail the winners a coupon for a FREE bottle of this great detergent. There are up to four ways to enter. This giveaway is only open to U.S. residents at this time. The giveaway will close on Monday, May 22, 2011 at 11:59 pm.
Ways to Enter the Giveaway:
1st entry: In the comment section, share your tried and true method of removing stains. Be sure to provide your email address in the space provided before leaving your comment (I will be the only one to see your email address and will need it to contact you if you win).
2nd entry: Subscribe to my blog (Look in the top right hand corner for a link to the RSS feed–it’s orange and white) then come back here and leave a separate comment saying you’ve subscribed.
3rd entry: Blog about my giveaway on your own blog and leave a link to this post. Come back here and leave a separate comment sharing the link to your blog post.
4th entry: Follow me: @jsheets on Twitter. Tweet about this giveaway with a link back to this specific post. Come back here and leave a separate comment with your twitter handle and the link to your tweet.
Purex provided me with this product to try, but the opinions are completely my own. Purex also provided the product coupons for this giveaway.

I’m sure you are aware of people all around you scoring deals with coupons, lately. TLC’s Extreme Couponing may have started a buzz in your circle of friends. Though you’ve seen people get the deals and read about the latest FREE thing someone left CVS with, you may be wondering, “How can I do that? Where do I sign up?” Then, you actually start trying to get some coupons. Where do you go to get them? Isn’t there a magic coupon tree planted in your backyard? There isn’t one in my yard, either.
Here’s how I’ve been trying to accumulate coupons so far. I haven’t exhausted my resources, yet and plan to expand my search for them, actually, but here is how I started. You can do it, too!
The SUNDAY Paper
It’s your friend. Get the paper every weekend there isn’t a holiday. Or better yet, get a subscription. You’ll save more $$ that way. Do you live near me in Shippensburg? I get the Public Opinion every Sunday. You can sign up here for your own subscription. We got a deal for being a new customer at the county fair. Maybe if you call them, they’ll hook you up, too.
Another way to accumulate some coupons is to look in your magazines you subscribe to. Every now and then there will be a little booklet of 4 to 8 coupons smack dab in the middle of the magazine. I don’t pay for any of the magazines I receive–two are gift subscriptions and the rest I’ve received for free. I’ll do my best to alert you to the next available magazine freebie whenever I see it! Magazines like Woman’s Day, Good Housekeeping, Ladies Home Journal, Redbook and Family Circle are subscriptions I am either currently receiving or have in the past.
These are three simple ways to start acquiring coupons. More to come on what to do next.
